- Incident Response Retainer — When something happens, we're your first call. Includes 20 hours of IR support per year, with additional hours available at pre-negotiated rates.
- Vendor Security Management — We assess new vendors, manage security questionnaires, and continuously monitor your supply chain risk.
- Virtual CISO Services — Monthly strategic meetings, board-ready reporting, security roadmap development, and executive advisory. You get a security leader without the $300K salary.

Pricing Structure
Managed services are priced in two components:
- RMA Management Fee: $2,000 – $8,000/month based on company size and complexity
- MDR Pass-Through: Actual MDR costs at our negotiated rates (typically $15-40/endpoint/month)
Example: A 100-employee company with 120 endpoints might pay:
- RMA Fee: $4,000/month
- MDR: $3,000/month (120 endpoints × $25)
- Total: $7,000/month for complete security operations
